UPDATE : Carrier and the carrier that blacklisted my IMEI say they are unable to do anything and since I bought my phone directly from Samsung and are paying for the extended warranty, I should open a repair request. UPDATE : After nearly a month of back and forth between my carrier, the carrier that blocked my IMEI, and Samsung, I'm sending in my 21 Ultra in hopes that Samsung will honor my warranty and just outright replace it. But I don't think they will get anywhere.īeen researching alternatives and found numerous sites that will re-instate my IMEI for money. ![]() After my 5th call with my provider, they have a ticket opened up. Provider says since I did not by the phone from them, but directly from Samsung, I should go through them. Samsung says they have to option to re-instate my IMEI and should ask my provider. Going back and forth between Samsung and provider for the past three days. Phone was back in working order, but now the IMEI is blacklisted. Once retrieved, I called my service provider to unlock it and re-instate services. I locked it down and disabled services after using Google Find It to track it down.
